Add WordPress Author Twitter Name

First, I have searched for an answer to this for a few months now with no luck “/

Second, I have a small help request. Well, I hope it’s small. I have a website with multiple authors on it. What I want, is when someone hits the Tweet button at the bottom of the post, I want it to add the Twitter username of the person who wrote that post.

ie

“How To Make A Million Dollars http://LifeLoveAndMusic.net via @LifeLoveMusic1“

to be

“How To Make A Million Dollars http://LifeLoveAndMusic.net via @LifeLoveMusic1 by @AuthorTwitter“

I already have it setup where the user profile’s ask for their other social media links instead of just AIM, Jabber, etc… So I imagine a CSS code with a request to use author twitter username would do the trick. I just can’t seem to figure it out. Please help.
