Not sure if I am just completely blind here....but how do you add users to specific blogs? I see how you can add users in Super Admin > Users, but how can I assign them to blogs?
Any help would be really awesome.

Go to the Site in question, go to the Users menu in the admin area of that site. Click "add user".

I've had to visit the site's backend first, then click users in the super admin, then select the user and change the role for that site.
It just seems a long route to add someone....

That's odd... Well. It's fixed in 3.1! And if not, then it's probably a plugin conflict with something on your site.

Go look under Auper Admin -> Options. there's a checkbox there that says "Allow users to add other users to sites?"
If it's unchecked, that's why.
