Add to NEW posts only?

I recently switched my blog from Blogger to WordPress. On blogger, I had small links at the end of each post for readers to visit my facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.

Now that I’ve switched, I placed the same html code in the “Bottom of every post” plug-in, but now all my old imported posts have the links twice. See what I’m talking about here: http://www.betterafter.net/2013/07/stain-of-union.html

Is there any way around this so I don’t have to go delete the html from years and years of previous posts?
