    I'm not sure why this support thread was closed: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/eshop-cart-widget-not-automatically-updating?replies=21

    I had the same problem today after upgrading wordpress from version 3.6 to 3.6.1 and eShop from 6.3.10 to 6.3.11.

    @vincesta - you're solution worked for me.

    Go to wp-content/uploads/eshop_files

    You will find a file called eshop-cart.js

    In this file replace all occurances of insertAfter() with after()

    @esmi - There's a good chance that there's a plugin conflict going on, but with several people having the same problem, if simply changing the insertAfter to after fixes the problem rather than track down what plugin we might all have in common - isn't it worth looking into?

    The "We cannot replicate this issue" should have given you a clue.

    And we cannot support you if you have hacked the eShop plugin. If there is a plugin conflict going on, then find the plugin and let us know. Until then, we are not going to change the core eShop plugin based on a "guess".

    If you could re-open the other support thread, I can ask the other people having the problem to compare plugins with me to see if we could find one in common. If it's one single plugin that's one thing, if it's different ones for each of us - then the fix would be directed at you.

    If you would like to open a non-support topic to canvas other eShop users, please feel free. But, for the time being, we do no not believe that this is an issue with eShop itself.
