• Hello people.
After the last update of WooCommerce I have a really strange error at the product details page. After clicking the”Add to Cart button” there is an “error icon”? The article is added to the cart, but this is not so nice for the customer. The Theme manufacturer has informed me that he is working on an update :// … but sorry.. I can not wait. The error occurs in the single view of a product. The console tells me that a “jquery error” exists.

event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.

I have now tried it a few days. Unfortunately I can not find any solution. Unfortunately I can not find any solution. Maybe someone can help?

Here is a link to a single product:

    Much thanks, Junes

  • That console warning is not causing any problems. 1. I added a product to the cart and did not see any errors. In fact, I see the “success” message: http://i.imgur.com/wFlrWpN.png 2. If it is a theme problem no one can fix it without looking at the theme’s code. If you really can’t wait you might consider hiring the original author to resolve the issue sooner.

Thanks for feedback. That is really strange. On my PC with firefox and chrome. And on the PC from my friends the warning-sign pop up for seconds you don’t move your mouse.
