    Hello,

    I’m new in this forum…but I’m desperate!

I’m trying to understand why (out of the blue) the add to cart button and the quantities btns don’t showing anymore on my website:

    http://www.joliepoupee.eu/product/bodygnome-short-sleeve/

    Any clues?
    Any ideas?

Below the plugins that I’m using:
Cookie Law Info by Richard Ashby version 1.1.2,
Dynamics Sidebars by Alysson Bortoli version 1.0.6,
Gravity Forms by rocketgenius version 1.7.7,
NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati version 1.9.13,
Previous and Next Post in Same Taxonomy by Bill Erickson version 1.0,
Really Simple CAPTCHA by Takayuki Miyoshi version 1.7,
Regenerate Thumbnails by Viper007Bond version 2.2.4,
Revolution Slider by ThemePunch version 2.3.91,
Simple WP Retina by Jonathan Desrosiers & Slocum Design Studio version 1.1.1,
    WooCommerce by WooThemes version 2.0.13,
    WooSidebars by WooThemes version 1.3.1,
WordPress SEO by Joost de Valk version 1.4.15,
WordPress Database Backup by Austin Matzko version 2.2.3

    Theme: the retailer

Thanks for anyone who will help me!

    Fab

I am seeing JS errors on your site. Turn all plugins off except WC and see if it fixes things.

Thanks for your comment but unfortunately no luck!

Tried to disable all the plugins but nothing changed! 🙁

Then it is your theme that is causing the issue. Switch to 2012 theme and see.

You said no change but when I went to your site now, I see both quantity and add to cart -> http://www.joliepoupee.eu/product/bodygnome-short-sleeve/#.UidIOT89JaQ

    I’ve re-activated the plugins.
    which browser are you using?

For me it’s ok with safari and firefox but not with chrome (i’m using a mac)

    Again did you switch themes?

I can see it in both firefox and chrome…But I am still seeing bunch of JS errors on your site due to either plugins or your theme.

    are you using a PC?

Which app/utility do you use for see errors? and how I can fix it?

If I switch theme I’m losing everything!

Switching to 2012 theme is just to test to see what is causing your issue…How can you fix something which you don’t know the cause right??

And why would you lose everything? Theme settings should not be erased if you switch themes. If it does then it is probably not a well thought out theme.

    You’re right.

I’ve switch to 2012…now what I’ve to see?

ok I get it….maybe the problem is in the CSS…I think the lower part is covering the top one

One or more of your plugin is causing a slew of repeated JS errors on your site….You can see that in any browser console like chrome tools or firebug…

    Fix it!!

It was a Woocommerce add-on called share the cart!
    Don’t use it!
    Never!!!

I’ve lost a lot of money form that! :-((
