Add title and media upload to Prologue

    I am using an old version, only because I was able to get category selection to work. I also want the user to be able to upload media and input a title. Please advise as to the code. Alternatively, if there is a newer version of P2 with all these functions working (I can live without tags for this application as it is a locked down intranet), I’d be happy to go that way.
