   i have created a new login page and i need to integrate the plugin within my login page.so that once the usr open it it will be shown a login form.

   http://enterprisewaitaha.co.nz/login ,i need to add the the login form with in this page.and this is a static page added by a admin through "add new page".now how can i integrate the plugin over here?
