   Hello,

   Does wordpress has a build in PHP function to display tags or tag cloud on sidebar, if not any good plugin could do the job??

   hey2you2! next time search the forum first and the Docs..
   to display your tag cloud, insert this function wp_tag_cloud() at your sidebar.php
   here's the complete function reference if u search for more built in PHP function :) http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags
