Add Support for Pages

    The plugin has an options page (Settings->Rich Text Excerpts) where you can enable/disable it for different post types. Just check the box for pages and you should see the editor for your pages.

    @manuelkuhs you’re not an idiot. I came accross the same problem and solved it thanks to your post.

    This information should be placed in Installation page just just under the code. By the way there is a typo in the code. Should be:

    add_post_type_support('page', 'excerpt');
