I don’t think adding support for enabled/disabled IDs would make sense simply because it would be another option that would be used only by a very few users. Currently I don’t want to add additional options, as it only makes the options page more confusing for users. If you’re really in need of such a feature, you can hire me to prepare a plugin extension for you that would do that. You can find contact details on the plugin’s website.
Actually, you might be surprised. I have a situation where I only want to put the button on images in a lightbox, and the image in the lightbox only appears with an ID, not a class. So I can’t use this plugin after all because I can’t target the images I want.
Yes this would be very useful. I’m having a similar situation so the plugin is useless without this.
