I tried a few plugins. But all I can find ist link-cloaking oder adding a prefix to a link. What I need is to convert a Link like
http://www.domain.com
to
http://www.domain.com/?id=XY
And not only that - it should also work for the long-domains like
http://www.domain.com/article/ so it looks like http://www.domain.com/article/?id=XY
So it's some kind like the Amazon-Affiliate-Link-Generator but I need it for different Domains.
Any Idea how to acomplish that?
