Add Readmoretage to page

    Hello, I am trying to add a readmore tag to this page. http://disabilitypride.org/wordpress/?page_id=2114 it is a staff page for a non-profit organization. Basically if the text is more than 4 lines I need it to be truncated by a read more tag. Then, once the readmore tag is clicked i need the text to show. Is there a plugin to let me do this? Can anyone suggest an expedient method?
