   Hi, I'm a php newbie here, and want to know what i need to do to display the post number in each post. This number wouldn't be the ID number, as i only want Posts counted. So, the first post would say #1, second #2 etc. Another alternative would be to display something like "post X of XXX".

   Any thoughts?
