add podcast to itunes directory

If anyone could please please help me out i would really appreciate it. I think im making it harder than it really is BUT all i want to do is add my podcast to the itunes directory with the itunes specific tags. Everything i read says something different on the topic. I just want to know what code to add or delete from the wp-rss2.php
