   Hi,

   Is any one using the morning after theme?

   I want to know how to get the structure basically the same as in the preview when I downloaded it.

   For starters when I write a new post it appears in the middle column, but it doesn't generate a thumb nail - does anyone know how to generate this thumbnail?

   Secondly I want a static homepage with the 2 side columns to stay intact. When I create a static page only the one column is displayed.

   Finally, how do you as something to the "featured" post?
