Add "next page" button without using posts

Ok so the programmer for my site quit and I’m very new at learning all of this. I was wondering if there was a plugin or a code that I can use to separate pages under one menu without using posts. I know you can do a custom string query for posts but this isn’t in post form and I like the layout I have. Maybe like a string of code I can enter anywhere in the editor that would separate pages. Can this be done in wordpress? I have no idea how to google this lol.
