Add new user – Error: Please enter an e-mail address

Hi guys,
First time on the forum.

Every time I try to add a new user and key in the necessary information, this red box comes out:

ERROR: Please enter an e-mail address.

This is even after I’ve entered an e-mail address!

Does anyone know what’s going on?
