   Hi,
   I defined my wordpress website to be Multisite.
   Since then, the ADD NEW PLUGIN button has disappeared from main-domain as well as from sub-domain dashboards.
   It does shows up in Network-dashboard but I want to let my customer to add plugins for himself.
   Do you know what it's all about?

   Wasn't positive, so had to check the documentation. As you'll see, plugin installation is only possible through the Network dashboard. A Plugins page can be made available (or not) for individual sites, at Network Admin choice, but only used to Activate and Deactivate, not Install or Uninstall:
