** Add Multiple Photos to User Profile **

I just spent over an hour searching the forums and there are few other posts about this but they were in the wrong forums and or there were no relevant replies solving the problem.

I would like for registered blog members to be able to not only upload a profile photo (yes I have user-photo plugin installed already) but also allow them to add multiple photos to their profiles. Additionally, it would also be helpful if when a user registers for the site it asks them to upload a profile picture right then..

Before I ask my lead developer to write a plug-in for this, are we sure that no one has created one previously?
