Add Media to my pages not working

    I want to “add media” to my pages, I click on it, the menu opens and it just keeps searching for search – circle with ball inside just keeps going around.

    when I try upload files – it loads then , comes up at the side with error.

    When I go to the media library I have 20 pictures there, yet I can’t add them to a page as they won’t come up??

    HELP

    It will also say , when uploading picture
