Add Media plug in mystery?

Does anyone recognize the ADD MEDIA button above my page control panel, ie what plug in it is from? I need it for other sites but despite deactivating all my plug ins this doesn’t go away and therefore identify which one it is.
I’m creating thumbnail menus but need the image aligned with the text, not laid along the same flat line, any suggestions much appreciated, this has been a huge hold up trying to get the right plug in, the rest of the data on this page is also from a plug in that no longer appears to work, but the thumbnail menu has the appearance I’m after.
