Add/upload image is broken. when click - want to navigate away from page - doesn't open as a pop up window anymore.
I have deactivated all pluggins. I do not even have the kimali pluggin that is discussed elsewhere. My buttons all show, but is like the flash is not loaded.

Anyone else seen this behavior and not have it tied to the theme?

Any weird browser tricks going on?
The main case I've seen this on is broken javascript. MISSING javascript tends to be a good cause, ensure that you uploaded ALL of WordPress 2.7 to the site, and that's you're also not seeing any javascript errors in the error console. Ignore the CSS errors, there's plenty of those (damn IE!).
