   I can add media to the gallery, but when I try adding an image by inserting the URL, the "insert into Post" button in this dialogue box is greyed-out.

   Edit page ->
   Upload/Insert ->
   Add an image ->
   Add media file from URL ->
   Insert into post [THIS IS THE STEP THAT FAILS - box is greyed-out]

   Any suggestions?
