First: Thanks for wanting to donate, I really appreciate it. Yes, the link that jilaan posted is correct.
Regarding your problem: That’s strange, and I’m not really sure why this happens. I have never seen this before, neither on my test sites, nor as a report from a user.
I therefore assume that some other plugin (or maybe your theme) is adding own JavaScript code to the TablePress admin pages, which somehow break the calculation of the position. To find the exact cause, I suggest that you try again after temporarily deactivating all plugins except TablePress. Could you please try that?

I deactivated everything and tried… it didn’t work… still had the misaligned lightbox.
I’ll post something on my theme developer’s forum and see what they have to say.

Hi,
before you ask in the theme developer’s forums, please also try to switch to a WordPress default theme (like TwentyThirteen) and clear your browser cache. You might also want to try again in a different browser, just so that we can rule out other influences on this.

I have no idea what was going on, but I forwarded the issue to my developer and he fixed it.
Out of curiosity, is there any way to disable the “In order to insert an image, click on the input field…” message?
It’s adding a lot of unnecessary key strokes to a process where I’m going to be inserting a LOT of media.
If that’s possible, please let me know. I’m actually going to create a new thread for this question in case that helps someone else find the answer.

Now, was this a fix in the TablePress plugin code? In that case it would be great if you could share it so that I can add it to the plugin.
