   i updated to 3.3. the add media button will no longer respond when i try to upload jpgs from my desktop. photos are important to my blog- how do i make it work again, please?

   I have a similar problem, when I'm pressing the "Add media" button, the only thing happens is that the screen is faded to transparent black, but nothing else happens, no screen where I can upload or choose pictures from my library is shown. I just updated to 3.3.1 and using firefox 3.6.24 for Ubuntu.

   Anyhow: for me it worked to deactivate all plugins, then activate one at a time. It was wp-stats and jetpack that created the problem. Deactivating them helped
