Add Media Button Not Working

    I just re-installed WordPress on my website after reading about others having a similar problem.

    Everything I’ve tried has failed, I have no pluggins currently active, all cache has been cleared and I just deleted the previous instillation and installed WP from scratch and it still does not work.

    Any help anyone could provide would be excellent.
