Add media button not working

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help!

    So, the “Add media” button is not working. It has been working fine until today.

    I’ve not added any new plugins, or done anything to the site; I simply went to amend the home page, and add in a sponsors logo, but it wouldn’t work.

    I’ve deactivated all plugins, still no difference.

    I’ve cleared the cache and history. Still nothing.

    I’ve tried different browsers, IE, Firefox and Chrome. Still nothing.

    And I’ve added….

    define(\’CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS\’, false ); into the wp-config.php file at the end.

    Still nothing.

    Also I can’t add in any links normally without using the html in the back, and the “edit post name” button doesn’t work….

    Any ideas?

    I really need to update the timetables for customers to see what’s going on and I can’t…

    Have you tried the twentytwelve theme with ALL plugins deactivated?

    If nothing has been changed on your site, have you asked your hosting company if something may be going on with the server?

    Thanks for your note.

    So I tried what you said; and disabled the existing theme, and activated twentytwelve and it was fine.

    Hence realised it was a conflict with the actual theme and WP. So I went to the themes developer and apparently there was an issue with WP 3.5 and above with his theme, so he’s updated his theme and I’ve reinstalled it and its all good!
