   Is there a way to display the links I add in WP on their own page instead of just showing them in the sidebar?

   Yes. Make a Links page :)
   http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#A_Page_for_Archives_and_Categories
   Just replace categories/archives with links, and... I hope you got the idea.
