Add Link instead of doc

Is there a way to add links to docs instead of doc views?
I want to have a list of docs on a single page and open them in a new windows when they are clicked.

Link 1 Desc opens pdf1 in a new window
Link 2 Desc opens pdf2 in a new window
Link 3 etc…
