   Hi, I'd like to add my location and phone number in the footer, like in this website http://eclipseelectric.com/

   after the main footer floating in the center. but I don't know how to do it.

   You would need to edit your theme's footer.php template file and add the necessary static text.

   Try adding the text first then ask for help styling it - preferably with the url for your site so we can actually see the footer.
