I can't use the "Add an Image " in WP, see screen grab here
When you click the 'Please try again', I get the edit post page I've been working on filling in that window. Never had this problem before.
Also when working on the same new blog post, a gallery of images won't load. All the previous created pages and posts are loading properly.
Have you tried:
- checking through Troubleshooting WordPress 3.1 - Master List
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Thanks...reseting the plugin folder via FTP did the trick and activating each, one by one, and found the plug-in causing the problem, Google Analytics 3 codes for WordPress.
