I write my post but at the time of adding and image, I only can add a little thumbnail, I need to show bigger images….I was trying to discover how to do it…but with my little knowledge it is impossible. Is there any plugin ? a new wordpress version that can fix this ? o other solution to this issue ? I refuse to belive that you can only add a thumbnail, or Am I the only person trying to load a image…..
Please…help me !!! my blog is about scuba diving….so pictures are important to me….

When you upload an image, WP will make also make a thumbnail image file of it. Make sure you send the correct one to the editor. The thumbnail file version will have a “thumbnail” name on it, e.g.: “originalname-thumbnail.jpg”. Basically you can just delete the “-thumbnail” and your original image will be shown.

    Hello bindamaku,

Thanks a lot for your soom reply and your time.

    I have some comments:
1.- When I want to upload an image from the ipload label, I can only upload small size images (ex: 265 x 200px), I can not upload images with 400 x 300px or 800 x 600 px.
2.- From the image dialog box (insert/edit image) I removed the thumbnail and write the name of the bigger image which was previously uploaded (265 x 200px). But, I can not see it, what appears is just a rectangule with the alt or image description….but never the bigger image.
3.- I tried to add a link to the thumbnail, I wanted to link this little image to the bigger one, which shoul open in a new page or in the same…..but when you click on the thumbnail It sais that the page does not exist.

What do you think it happening ????

thanks again for your help !
