   After upgrading to WP 3.2.1 I am unable to add any image url's to post.
   The "insert into post" button is light/grey as if its showing its not able to click. I click it anyway and it does nothing. Is anyone else having this similar issue and what can I do to fix it. Thanks..

   Start with the basics.

   Turn off ALL your plugins. Switch to the Twenty Eleven Theme (remember, Theme Functions can muck up the works).

   Thank you so much. I figured out what it was, it was the "send emails" plugin. After deactivating a few plugins I finally realized it was that particular plugin that caused the issue.
