Hi megieswin,
The theme doesn’t support this, but you can do it by replacing existing built-in social media links with the one you like more.
Example:
Here is the image file for the facebook icon: http://demo.onedesigns.com/pinboard/wp-content/themes/pinboard/images/facebook.png
After creating a new .png icon, you name it “facebook.png”, upload it by FTP to the same directory (/pinboard/wp-content/themes/pinboard/images/) and use the facebook link provided within the theme to put your new URL instead of the link to your facebook page.
It is important to create a .png file in the same style as the hover is just pushing the png up and down to give it that sliding effect.

Newbie for sure – http://www.the-hot-flash.com.
First, I want to remove some of the social profile buttons provided by the theme I’m using like digg and dribble.
Secondly – the social sharing icons happen twice – I’d like them to ride below the page content but not in the footer area. The theme doesn’t seem to be dealing well with saved changes – for instance I keep turning off the footer – but it never goes away and I keep setting up the sharing buttons and selecting the pages where they should appear and they keep appearing twice – in the body and once again in the footer – any ideas anyone – yeesh…
the-hot-flash.com again – I want to get a “like” button to appear beside the “share” button on my page – how do I make that happen – apparently I can add services, but I don’t really know where to get one that’s good – any suggestions anyone?
thanks y’all,
