When I go to the Menu page in Appearance, I can't expand the "Custom Links" box (or any box for that matter) so I can add a custom link.
Is there a way I can add a custom link directly in the database? Where are the menu options stored in the database?
Thanks!
Did you make a menu first? You have to make a menu and then add links to it.

Yah, I have the menu. And I can add categories and pages to the menu because those boxes ARE expanded. Just can't do custom links, or tags, but I don't need to do tags right now.
Can you screenshot what it looks like? This is a 'works for me' situation.
The only idea I have is that you need to click on the hidden-till-mouseover down-arrow on the right side of the 'Custom Links' header to expand it.
What version of WP 3.0 are you using? I'm on a nightly from a couple days ago.

I'm also on a nightly from a couple days ago actually.
I see the down arrow on mouseover, but it's not click-able. Even if I do click on it, it won't expand. Tried in Firefox, Chrome, and IE
I'll get a screenshot here shortly.

Here's a screenshot:

Also, I've got another site on a slightly older nightly that works OK.

Well, it's working, but not sure as to why.
I deactivated two plugins and I could expand all the boxes on the Menus page. Plugins were CJ Coming Soon and WordPress Mobile Pack.
I activated both plugins again and the menu dropdowns continued to work. So I dunno. I'm calling it good though.
