add comments_popup_link to index.php

    after searching for the last 2 hours I have come to the conclusion that I have absolutely no idea what to do…

    all I want to do is show a link in the index after each post that offers the viewer the chance to comment on the article. Look at my website, if you are viewing the post, you have absolutely no direction whatsoever to comment…
