Add category to each post

    I need to be able to add the categories that each post has been published in under the post excerpt – does anyone know how this can be done?

    I am using the below code and I need to display the 15 most recent posts from all categories together.

    [catlist template=news catlink=yes excerpt=yes numberposts=15 author=yes date=yes]
