I am trying to add tabs to my menu at http://vigilantsports.com
You see About, and Contact.
Well I want to add others that are just categories. However I think you need some internal wp functions I don't understand.
In order to get a tab up there, it must be new pages. I want the page to directly go to one of the categories.
Suggestions? Thank you very much.

The easiest way by far is to switch your menu to the new built in WordPress custom menu system. You can add categories just as easily as pages. This does require a bit of code on older themes that are not using the new system.
