Add buttons to post page (quicktags)

I’d like to have a set of extra buttons preferable above the Quicktags in /wp-admin/post.php

When one of the admins or writers clicks one of the new buttons it adds a certain html tag/string into the postfield.

Exactly as it works now when the Quicktags are used, but then ofcoarse a different html tag/string.
