As a Firefox user, I'm very satisfied with the Add Browser Search Plugin, available here : http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add-browser-search/
With this plugin, visitors can add our blog's search to the browser's search engines list. That means more returning visitors.
However, regrettably, I noticed it ONLY works in Firefox, at least in my case.
Six months ago, I sent an email to the plugin author, but got no reply, I suppose the plugin isn't maintained anymore.
I hope making this suggestion is not rude or impolite : please, could someone fluent with coding come up with a fix, and create a fork, a working one in other modern browsers ?
That would be VERY nice :)
Of course I'm not requesting, I have no right for that (and, sadly, I don't have the skill to DIY either).
This is a simple suggestion, but I believe this would allow to add wordpress blogs a HIGHLY useful feature :)
