Add /blog permalink to a static-page website (3 posts)

Hi, I have created a website with a static home page and set the "Reading" setting for the main page to be "index" and the posts page to be "track our project" (essentially "blog"), but I want to get the permalink to read mywebsite.com/blog/post-name. But instead, if I click on an entry, it gives me an error message.

The website I'm working on is jacklynnpham.com/flobotsyms

On another website I made I simply changed the permalinks to /%parent-page%/%page-name%/ but I didn't have a "blog" section and so I never had and error. I've tried adding %postname% to the end of that code, but it still didn't work.

Thanks, I have read this article but I don't think it goes into detail about my situation of "page name (blog)">"postname". Any suggestions? Is there something I have to do within the files?
