Add author’s email to each blog post

Hi. I’m totally new to WordPress and apologize if this is common knowledge or a tired subject here. I couldn’t find anything by searching.
Anyway, I’ve got a blog that will be authored by several people. All I want to do is add their email address to their author credit, either as a mailto link or tacked on to their name (ie. “art” becomes “art @ fakelifepdx.com”).
They will all have unique logins so I was hoping to pull the email data from the WordPress database and use it in the posts this way.
However, I know spambots are a problem and I was also curious about methods to confuse or deny them easy access to email addresses. I just want the address to be readable by the blog’s readers.
