Add and dsiplay predefined input fields on Page

    Hi,

    We are creating a WordPress website for our Local Sporting Club.

    We want to input player profiles:

    Name: John
    Age: 21
    Position: Centre

    Having to input the name , age and position field for 200+ players seem unnecessary.

    Any easy way or plugin to accomplish this?
