Add an Image plugin isn't working

    When writing a new post, if you click on the “add an image” icon above the text box, nothing happens. But if you right click and open a new tab, it opens. Everything works until you click “insert to post” and the screen goes blank. Go back to the other tab where the post is and the picture was not inserted.

    How can I fix this?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
