   Hey guys,

   I was just wondering how to add a "follow" bar at the top of a wordpress.org blog? In case you're not understanding what I mean, it's the bar that every WordPress.com blog has. I have recently noticed it to appear on pages such as gigaom.com and techcrunch.com. So how is it done?

   And please tell me it's not something that automatically appears to outside viewers logged in wordpress.com. If that's the case, I appologize for wasting your time.
