I've used quite a few WP themes, both free and premium. Responsive, as its name denotes, meets the needs of websites as they are viewed today.
Most free themes are limited in one way or another. I've been "through it" with Responsive and am just amazed at the limitless nature of its abilities. Also, the developer support in the ThemeID forum is above and beyond.
