Ad-Minister Admin Manager Not Appearing

    I have installed and activated the ad-minster (banner) plugin. The instructions tell me to go to go to Manage->Ad-minister to install banners, etc. however there is no where on my dashboard that it actually gives me an option to manage this plugin. Please help!
