Activity Stream Looping

I’ve tried several things but can’t work this one out :S
Everywhere on my site when you click “load more” on the bottom of an activity page it does as it’s expected… it loads more…

On the actual activity page itself though it will “load more” once, then when you try “load more” again it repeats from the begging of the latest activity :S

I’ve tried to trouble shoot by using different filters on the Activity page but it still loops…

A while back I copied the code from the activity page and added it to my homepage and it works a treat, but would this have anything to do with the problem?
