I've posted this to the Mingle Forum as well:

I have successfully installed Mingle on my development site, and now want to install it on my production site.
The plugins on the two sites match up as well as they can - there are more on the development site (to be added to production after Mingle).

-I pre-created the necessary pages, and manually assign them. After that I save.
-At that point, I'm still getting the notice that Mingle needs to be configured.
-Then I select the second, third and fourth profile options, and update the settings
-At that point the screen goes blank, and my only option is to revert to my backup

We want to have the site up and running with Mingle by this weekend, so this is a critical error! Any help welcome!
